Abstract
At 5:30 PM on Friday July 29th, 2011, I will give a UDLS on changing a habit through goal-setting. The purpose of this presentation is to enlighten us on how to set and implement goals that are more likely to succeed by relying on psychology research. In addition to being helpful, for instance in determining whether “I will lose weight” or “I will call my mom once a week” is a better new-year’s resolution, this presentation will feature at least one cartoon.
