Electronic Presubmission Form

This form will be available on-line at this URL in September 1997. All authors are encouraged to complete the form to facilitate accurate and timely reviewing of submissions to the conference. The form will request:

• title for the paper
• names and address, phone/FAX, and e-mail for all authors so we can ensure that authors are sent conference announcements
• name of the primary contact author for the paper
• keywords (from a list) for the paper
• tentative abstracts for the paper
