I am now a freelance programmer, working on bioinformatics, information visualization, and iPhone applications.

Cerebral

Cerebral is a project with Jennifer L. Gardy to analyse gene expression data. Cerebral is a Cytoscape plugin which creates a graph layout using biological context for spatial positioning. Biomolecules are restricted to layers according to their annotated subcellular location.
